“Walking Dead” fans better prepare – because the Governor is back! The prison just caught a break with the flu, but what they don’t know is that season 3’s big baddie is looming over their haven.

What can fans expect from episode 6 of the AMC apocalypse drama? According to a leaked synopsis for “Live Bait”: “Group members struggle to find their humanity while being constantly threatened.”

While the synopsis doesn’t reveal too much spoiler-wise, photos and videos from the coming episode tease some pretty serious (and dangerous) threats.

In a sneak peek video for episode 6, “Walking Dead” viewers can finally catch a glimpse of what happened to the Governor and his henchmen after he slaughtered his whole Woodbury army. After gunning everyone down, the Governor jumped in the car and Shumpert and Martinez nervously hopped in after. Driving off, the trio didn’t return to Woodbury. Instead they set up tents in a field for the night.

The video shows the Governor sitting in front of a fire with Shumpert and Martinez appearing to be asleep in their tents. Staring into the distance with his one good eye, the Governor appears to be unhinged … not even moving as a walker stumbles towards him. As the walker gets closer it trips over the fire, yapping its mouth hungrily at the Governor … but he still doesn’t move. Martinez finally appears from behind the Governor and shoots the walker in the head … and the Governor doesn’t even flinch.

A promo for “Live Bait” doesn’t spoil too much more, but one thing is certain – the Governor will return to Woodbury at some point. A photo from AMC shows the villain standing in front of the former Woodbury town hall as it burns to the ground. The photo leaves fans with a series of questions like:

-Did the Governor set the fire?

-Is the fire going to lure the prison survivors to battle it?

-Will the fire spread to the prison?

-Did the Governor start the fire to prevent the prison survivors from seeking shelter there?

-Will the Governor find Carol hiding out at Woodbury?

Episode 6 of “The Walking Dead” will air on AMC on Sunday at 9 p.m. EST. What do you think will happen in “Live Bait”? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
