Season 4 of “The Walking Dead” is quickly coming to a close. The season finale, episode 16, is set to air on March 30, and fans should be very worried about their favorite survivors. Earlier this season we lost Hershel to the Governor’s attack on the prison, and two new promo posters hint that the group will be suffering another major death during the finale.

The first poster features Rick, Michonne and Carl. The trio is wielding weapons against unknown attackers, but based on the blood on them they may have already been fighting for their lives. “Who will arrive?” teases the text on the photo. “#Terminus.”

Carol appears to be the only character on the second poster, but her backpack could potentially be holding baby Judith. “Who will survive?” is scrawled across the photo, once again featuring the hashtag, #Terminus. And while Carol may not be bloody or holding any weapons, the blurred background in the image seems to hint that she’s surrounded. But is Carol (and maybe baby Judith) being threatened by walkers … or humans?

The questions “Who will arrive?” and “Who will survive?” seems to be hinting toward a major death. So, who will die during the Season 4 finale of “The Walking Dead”? We’re breaking down by the separated groups:

Beth

Beth was initially on the run with Daryl, but the two were separated after the house they were staying in became overrun by walkers. Daryl fended off the zombies before chasing after his companion but came out just in time to find a car speeding off with Beth inside.

Viewers currently have no idea who kidnapped Beth and where they took her – but it’s pretty safe to assume that her life is at risk. Since fans haven’t seen Beth since the incident, we highly doubt that she’ll end up dead. However the season finale may find her severely injured (like missing some limbs thanks to cannibals), or may even leave her storyline as a cliffhanger for Season 5.

Rick, Michonne and Carl

The trio is currently following the railroad tracks to Terminus in hopes of finding a new safe haven and other survivors. But what they don’t know is that they have a group of men hunting them down. “Walking Dead” fans will remember that while Michonne and Carl were out scavenging for supplies, the house Rick was staying in was entered by a group of marauders. Rick managed to escape after killing one of their men and setting his reanimated corpse loose in the house. But Rick forgot that one of the marauders saw him before being knocked unconscious. Now those men want revenge – and Daryl is unknowingly in their group.

Rick is a main character, and therefore pretty safe from getting fatally injured. However the same can’t be said for Michonne or Carl. Michonne is a skilled fighter, but we can see her sacrificing herself to keep Carl alive. Carl on the other hand has exhibited a lot of reckless behavior since leaving the prison, and a sneak peek video shows him potentially running into a dangerous trap.

The video shows Rick, Michonne and Carl making animal traps in the woods before a man cries out for help. Carl immediately runs toward the sound of yelling, despite Rick yelling for him to stop. Is it the group of marauders setting Rick, Michonne and Carl up? Or is it perhaps a separate group of survivors being attacked by a hoard of walkers? Either way, Carl’s life will definitely be in danger in episode 16.

Daryl And The Marauders

The marauders already killed one of their men in episode 15, and we can definitely see them losing more in the season finale. It’s likely that the group Daryl is currently shacked up with will catch up with Rick’s trio and try to kill them … or worse. While we can picture Rick, Michonne and Carl taking a beating from the fight, we can also see Daryl turning on his new “friends” to help his family.

Glenn, Maggie, Tara, Sasha, Bob, Abraham, Eugene And Rosita

The united group made it to Terminus, but is it truly the safe haven they were searching for? Currently the only person seen at the sanctuary was a mysterious woman named Mary. “Walking Dead” fans have their doubts about Terminus, many speculating that it’s actually home to cannibals. If that truly is the case, then the six survivors may find their lives at risk. However we know that they won’t go down without a fight.

Tyreese, Carol And Baby Judith

As we previously mentioned, the promo poster featuring Carol seems to hint toward her being surrounded by a threat. With Mika and Lizzie gone, Tyreese and Carol are in better shape to fight – but they still have baby Judith to worry about.

A promo video for episode 16 shows Rick crying – is it because he will be losing baby Judith all over again? Or is he mourning the loss of another survivor?

The Season 4 finale of “The Walking Dead” will air on AMC on March 30 at 9 p.m. EDT. Who do you think will die in episode 16? Let us know your theories in the comments section or send a tweet to @AmandaTVScoop.
