With Casey Anthony out of jail and her whereabouts kept a closely-guarded secret, some people can't help but believe they've found the maligned mother.  Her Houdini-like disappearance has kept everyone guessing and the rumors are endless.

The 25-year-old was recently acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, after an investigation and trial that attracted national attention.  Where she would go when she got out of jail was a big question on everyone's minds.  Apparently, it still is.

Fox News reports that Anthony's own parents don't even know where she's hiding.

NBC's Today show broadcast from Carlsbad, California on Tuesday, saying that Anthony left Orlando, Florida on a plane owned by her former lawyer Todd Macaluso, and that flight records indicated the plane eventually landed at Orange County's John Wayne Airport after making stops in Panama City, Florida; Prescott, Arizona; and Northern California.

Here's a rundown of the latest rumors:

In Chouteau, Oklahoma, a 26-year-old mother and wife was attacked in an alleged Casey Anthony lookalike mishap.  In a strange twist, the woman who was attacked does have a daughter named Caylee.

Local radio and TV stations in Prescott, Arizona reported that a private plane carrying Anthony had landed at a nearby aviation field.  Locals speculate that Antony may want to lay low in the small town for a while.

Several townsfolk in Troy, Michigan were sure that Anthony dined at a local restaurant.  That rumor turned out to be false.

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, citing Todd Macaluso's presence in the region, told KPSP Local 2 affiliate KOVR that he thought Anthony might be in Los Angeles or the Coachella Valley.

Locals on the tiny British Virgin Island of Jost Van Dyke reported seeing Anthony at the popular Soggy Dollar Bar, home the tropical cocktail The Painkiller.

***Casey Anthony lookalikes may be to blame for the majority, if not all, of these sightings.

Where will she pop up next?  The rumor mill is sure to keep on spinning.
