Every gadget lover says that the iPad is a magical device. However, how many out there can actually perform some magical acts with an Apple iPad? Professional magician Simon Pierro can.

Pierro has created a special Halloween edition of his unique iPad-based magic acts, which, according to Mashable, is a perfect combination of his special brand of prestidigitation with carefully constructed digital wizardry.

It was a hell of a lot of work, said Pierro, who told Mashable that he took 10 weeks to put together this Halloween iPad act. According to him, his iOS programmer Masashi Beheim spent more than 100 hours programming to make the project the ready.

I came up with the idea to tell a story about a killer and together with my magic colleague Thomas Fraps we decided to take the clown as the usual suspect, Pierro added.

Last summer, Pierro came up with a brilliant preview of iOS 5. Yes, it was truly magical either. Watch Pierro's thrilling preview of the latest Apple operating system below.
