NBC just dropped a new teaser for “America’s Got Talent” Season 12, and it featured a chicken that knows how to play the keyboard.

The clip, which was exclusively released by Entertainment Tonight, shows Jokgu the chicken playing “America the Beautiful.” Prior to the performance, two women clad in all-red ensembles told judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel that it’s the chicken and not the two of them who will audition.

At first, the judges were skeptical about the act, and Cowell couldn’t help but roll his eyes. He also asked the two ladies if they were serious. But when the chicken started playing “America the Beautiful,” the crowd started getting hyped up and cheered the animal on. Mandel, Klum and Cowell even gave Jokgu a standing ovation.

“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 is set to premiere on NBC on Tuesday, May 30, and a slew of new contestants will be featured in the reality TV show. Just like in Season 11, the first few episodes of “AGT” will focus on the auditions. Golden buzzers will be given to four contestants who will impress Cowell, Klum, Mel B and Mandel. Whoever will receive the golden buzzer will automatically advance to the live shows.

After a series of audition-centered episodes, “America’s Got Talent” Season 12 will air its usual quarter finals and semi-finals episodes before the grand finale in June. Last year, Mandel’s golden buzzer pick, Grace Vanderwaal, bagged the $1 million grand prize.

The 13-year-old Suffern native has since headlined four shows in Las Vegas and released her EP, “Perfectly Imperfect.” At present, Vanderwaal is working on her first full-length album, which she hopes to release sometime in September.

While speaking with Bustle earlier this year, Vanderwaal shared what fans can expect from her upcoming music venture. “It’s kind of a work in progress. It’s not even close to done, but it’s coming up and I’m so excited about it. It’s gonna be the fun, cool, awesome one. I’m really excited. I want to put a little more into this one, a little more depth,” she said.
