Angelina Jolie will be in Vancouver next week for a peacekeeping summit.

A draft program for the upcoming two-day peacekeeping summit in Vancouver next week leaked to The Canadian Press. The program revealed that the "Maleficent" star will be delivering a keynote address at the event and will be appearing as a special envoy of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and co-founder of the Preventing Sexual Violence Initiative.

The report noted that Jolie's topic for her Nov. 15 address was not listed in the leaked program. But the Liberal government has pushed for the summit to include a discussion about increasing gender equality in peacekeeping and ending sexual abuse, which could be what the "Salt" star will be talking about.

This is not the first time that Jolie will be giving a keynote speech. In June, she discussed preventing and responding to sexual violence in Kenya. "This is not simply about law and human decency. It is about military effectiveness," Jolie said at the time.

"If civilians do not have confidence in you as peacekeepers, your mission will not succeed. And while this training is clearly only a beginning, it is the only way that we will begin to address the problems: working nation by nation to raise standards and increase effectiveness," she continued.

Jolie has been working with UNHRC for years before she was appointed as special envoy in April 2012. Her expanded role allows her to focus on major crises that result in mass population displacements, undertaking advocacy and in representing UNHCR at the diplomatic level. In March, she renewed her contract as UNHCR's special envoy because she believes in the organization's cause. "I'm with you for life," Jolie said.

Meanwhile, many are wondering what Jolie will wear to the event. Lately, Brad Pitt's ex has been adding some major twists to her usual all-black dress code, so she could surprise many with her next ensemble.

For instance, she wore a yellow dress when she received the Rising Star Award on behalf of "First They Killed My Father" star Sreymoch Sareum at the Asian World Film Fest in Culver City on Friday. Over the weekend, she returned to wearing her usual black, but she opted for a mini-dress to show off her legs.

On Monday, Jolie wore an ensemble by Kate Middleton's favorite designer, Jenny Packham, for the Hollywood Film Awards. She looked chic and fab in her silver gown.
