Ant Anstead revealed that he has been losing some weight after fans noticed that he seemed thinner in his latest Instagram photo. The revelation comes weeks after he and wife Christina Anstead called it quits.

On Monday, one curious commenter noted that the “Wheelers Dealers” host seemed “thinner” in a photo of himself on set while wearing a backward baseball cap and fake tattoo sleeves.

Replying to the comment on his Instagram post, Anstead wrote, “23 lbs (sad emoji). Don’t worry I will get it back on.”

Another fan also noticed Anstead’s weight loss and advised him to “stay happy and look to the future.”

“[I]t’s going straight back on,” Anstead replied.

The post comes more than a month after Christina announced in an Instagram post that she and her husband were going their separate ways. At the time, the “Flip Or Flop” star didn’t reveal the reason behind the split, but Anstead later broke his silence on the matter.

"Anyone who really knows me knows that I don’t like to share private matters publicly. I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness," Anstead captioned a black-and-white photo of him and his wife of two years.

Christina also took to social media to give an update on how the split affected her, revealing that she never expected to get divorced twice.

“I never thought I would have 2 baby daddies - but sometimes life throws us curve balls. Instead of getting stuck in these 'setbacks' I choose to look at these challenges as opportunities to grow. So while some may judge me and throw around rumors about me, most of you support me,” Christina wrote.

A People source revealed that Christina and her estranged husband have been experiencing issues in their relationship following the birth of their child in September 2019. Both of them have two kids from previous marriages.

The unnamed tipster claimed that despite having a big blended family, Christina still felt “lonely and unhappy” and “found it difficult to balance everything.” An Us Weekly source, meanwhile, said that the split came as a shock to the former couple's circle as well.

The pair had been very private about the matter and seemed happy in front of their family and friends, the source added.
