Anwar Hadid has posted a sweet birthday tribute for his girlfriend Dua Lipa on Instagram, calling her "girl of my dreams."

The 22-year-old boyfriend of the "Levitating" singer took to Instagram Stories Sunday to give the singer a birthday shoutout, sharing a lovely photo of her.

"Happy birthday girl of my dreams," he wrote in the caption. "Love u forever and always."

The photo showed Lipa flashing a huge smile as she sat in a chair, flaunting her abs. In the photo, the singer was wearing a long-sleeved black cardigan with a vibrant patchwork pattern that was open above her belly button area. Her hair featured long dark locks down, with both her hands occupied with her phone and purse.

A fan account shared a screenshot of Anwar's post on Twitter.

It can be recalled that Lipa also posted her own birthday tribute for Anwar in June. Sharing a series of photos of the two of them together, she wrote, "Happy birthday Baby @anwarspc and another lap around the sun. You make my world so much better!! I'm lucky to love you and be loved by you."

Anwar, who is the younger brother of Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid, first sparked serious romance rumors with Lipa after they were spotted packing on PDA at a U.K. music festival over the Fourth of July weekend in 2019.

According to TMZ, their friendship started when Anwar made music and showed his work to the singer, who happens to be friends with his sisters, sometime in early July 2019. Dating speculations also amped up when Lipa was seen in a video taken during Anwar's birthday celebration that same year.

After being photographed having PDA on multiple occasions, they made their red carpet debut at the 47th Annual American Music Awards on Nov. 24, 2019, and celebrated their first anniversary as a couple in June 2020.

Anwar was not the only celebrity to give his sweet birthday shoutout to Lipa. His sister Gigi shared a selfie with the singer via Instagram Story. It was accompanied by the message, "Happy, happy birthday sweet @dualipa! Supernova! We love you. Wishing u the best day & year!!!" Lipa reposted the greeting on her own account and captioned it with, "Thank you sister, I love you!!!"
