Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga might be trying to tell us something on social media.

Fans of the singers have begun to notice a pattern between how the two pop stars are interacting on Instagram that could hint at a possible collaboration. Multiple incidents all point toward a musical duo between Grande and Gaga in the near future, possibly on Gaga's upcoming album, "Chromatica," according to Pop Crave.

First, was the claim by "Dance Moms" star and dance instructor Abby Lee Miller that she saw both Grande and Gaga in the same studio in Burbank, California. Miller expressed excitement at how she nearly “rolled” right over Grande before making her way to Gaga.

Miller was in the studio visiting her former “Dance Moms” student Jojo Siwa, who is preparing for her D.R.E.A.M tour that kicks off in March, when Miller was apparently surprised to have bumped into the two artists. She also recalled seeing Justin Bieber in the same studio that day.

The next clue was when fans noticed that Gaga follows Grande on Instagram. Whether this means collaboration for new music is in the works or Gaga is merely a fan of the “7 Rings” singer, it is a notable fact considering Gaga only follows 46 people on Instagram total. Meanwhile, she has 39.5 million followers of her own.

Fans have also been quick to spot Grande’s Instagram likes, noting that she has liked all of Gaga’s “Chromatica” related posts. “Chromatica” will be Gaga’s sixth studio album, set for release in April, according to Billboard.

If an upcoming song is in the works, it would be the first music Grande has released since her songs on the 2019 “Charlie’s Angels” soundtrack, which she co-executive produced, Rolling Stone reported. Gaga is coming off of the heels of her latest single, “Stupid Love” which dropped Feb. 27.
