A 17-year-old popular Bellaire High School girl, who posted a photo on Twitter of herself holding a gun, committed suicide on Monday in Texas.

Ashley Duncan didn’t attend her school on Monday and instead was online on her Twitter and Tumblr accounts telling her friends about her pain which she couldn’t handle alone. But no one listened and she ended her life.

Before killing herself, Duncan tweeted, I finally got a gun and then uploaded a photo of the gun, Daily Mail reported.

The tweets and photo were followed by series of dark posts on her Tumblr account where she talked about suicide.

“I should’ve gone through with my plan, I wouldn’t have to feel or deal. Like I said yesterday I’m tired as fuck and ready for this shit to be over and the shit I’m referring to is my life! peace,” she wrote on her Tumblr account.

“Life ain't worth the pain. if you know or have known what it feels like to want to die every minute second hour day week month year then you feel me. I might not struggle financially but I struggle emotionally and mentally and I think that's the worst struggle,” she wrote.

She also wrote that: “The only thing that made me happy is gone. So in asking why can't it be my choice to die now?… I’m miserable.”

“One day I won't be here anymore and that'll be the happiest day of my life… I'm tired and I'm done with this life.”

However, it is unclear what the thing that made her happy was, but an earlier message claims that she had a break up with her partner.

On Jan. 28, she tweeted “My heart is broken. I'm not picking up the pieces and I'm not gonna rely on anybody to put my heart back together. It's just that destroyed.”

“I’m tired of arguing. I'm tired of being nice. I'm tired of being talked to anyway. I'm tired of all the weak head,” she tweeted.

“Umm the shit I go through.. do I really deserve it?” she tweeted.

Duncan left her Bellaire High School in October to move to Pershing High School for her early graduation.

But on Monday, Duncan went to a reservoir near the intersection of Braes Forest Drive and Portal drive and killed herself with the revolver, Daily Mail reported.
