The warm wishes for Chris Soules are coming in! The 32-year-old farmer was officially named the star of “The Bachelor” Season 19 on “Good Morning America” Wednesday morning. He had his heart broken to get to this point … and his ex is wishing him the best of luck!

Andi Dorfman, who found love with Josh Murray during her season of “The Bachelorette,” took to Twitter to send her well wishes to Chris Soules.

“Congrats to the new Bachelor, C_Soules!” she tweeted. “Some woman is going to be very lucky if she wins that heart of yours!”

Those who watched “The Bachelorette” will remember that Andi and Chris had an immediate connection while out on their first date in episode 2. The pair enjoyed a fun day at the Santa Anita horse track and rounded out their date with a private performance by This Wild Life. Things took a romantic turn when Chris went in for the first kiss of the season.

Andi and viewers were charmed by Chris’ sweet gestures – from the “secret admirer” love letters to the “I love Andi” banner that flew across the sky during the hometown dates. But unfortunately that wasn’t enough for Chris Soules to find his happy ending with Andi Dorfman.

During the “Fantasy Suite” dates, Andi confessed that her relationship with him wasn’t as far along as it was with the other men – Nick Viall and Josh Murray. Chris was heartbroken, but ended on good terms with the bachelorette.

“Wasn’t what I wanted to hear,” Soules said on-camera after getting eliminated. “I didn’t come here to mess around. I’m glad I know. I want to find a partner in life, a best friend, someone that wants to be around me everyday ... that’s what I want.”

He’ll get his second chance to find love on “The Bachelor” 2015.
