Katie Morton and Chris Bukowski appeared to hit a rough patch with their relationship during this week’s “Bachelor In Paradise” installments. Ahead of the 2019 finale, viewers may be wondering what lies ahead for the couple before ABC airs the final Season 6 episode.

According to spoilers from Reality Steve, Chris and Katie decide to go on the overnight dates together which leads to an engagement. (Find out who else gets engaged in the finale here!)

While it appears the two will get their happy ending on the show, spoilers from the reunion special, which taped late last month, reveal things may not be on the up-and-up for the pair.

According to Reality Steve’s findings, the two have a “rocky road” ahead for them. During the taping, he claims Katie appeared onstage not wearing her engagement ring. “[She] basically calls Chris out saying things weren’t going great, and she feels like she’s putting in all the effort and he’s not trying enough,” he reported.

Chris was reportedly unhappy about Katie calling him out in public, but they are said to have eventually worked out their issues. “She puts on the ring, and at present time they are still together and engaged,” he wrote.

The blogger reported that as of Labor Day weekend, Katie and Chris were together.

The final episode of “Bachelor In Paradise” Season 6 airs Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
