This season of “The Bachelorette” has been a wild and emotional ride. From steamy hookups to crying on the edge of a cliff – star Kaitlyn Bristowe has found out that the journey to love isn’t easy. And things are only going to get more difficult as she’s forced to eliminate two great men in episode 8.

Ben H., Jared, Joe, Nick and Shawn B. remain in the running for Kaitlyn’s heart. While “The Bachelorette” timeline usually sets up hometown dates next, host Chris Harrison revealed that they would be changing things up this season. Instead of four men introducing Kaitlyn to their families next week, Kaitlyn will send home two men and embark on overnight dates with the three remaining contestants. After the overnight dates, Kaitlyn will eliminate one contestant and go on two hometown dates. Confusing, a little? But one thing is certain … there will be DRAMA!

As we previously reported, things will get heated in episode 8 when Kaitlyn’s “past mistakes” jeopardize the relationships she has with the five men. While she’ll have a couple good moments during the episode, the two-hours will ultimately lead to a “face-off” between two contestants. The synopsis teases that things will become so explosive that Kaitlyn might not even walk away with a happy ending.

Will Kaitlyn even have the opportunity to eliminate two contestants during the episode 8 rose ceremony? Or will the men turn the tables on her and leave on their own accord? Fans of “The Bachelorette” will find out soon enough when the latest installment of the ABC reality show airs on Monday at 8 p.m. EDT. However, if things go according to plan, we’ve got our predictions on who will move forward to the overnight dates in episode 9:

Shawn B.

There is no denying that Kaitlyn is physically attracted to the 28-year-old personal trainer. Unfortunately, his insecure behavior in the past few weeks has her doubting whether or not he’s really “the one.” She admitted last week that she regretted telling Shawn B. that he was a frontrunner, and even made him sweat it out for the last rose. But even though their relationship might be rocky at the moment, we can see Shawn B. in the competition all the way until the end … unless he splits after finding out that Kaitlyn hooked up with Nick.

Jared

Jared might have voted for Britt Nilsson during the premiere of “The Bachelorette,” but his feelings for Kaitlyn are real. The two have had an undeniable connection throughout the season, and Jared seems to get the most one-on-one time with her. The bachelorette appears really fond of the 26-year-old restaurant manager, but will he still feel the same way about her after learning about Nick?

Nick

Nick is in it to win in it. Although some contestants and fans believe he has another agenda for joining the show, Nick managed to convince Kaitlyn that he’s there for a chance at love with her. He already has a leg up on the other men thanks to their passionate night together, but that doesn’t mean he has the final rose in the bag.
