  • "Better Call Saul" Season 5 reviews speak highly of the show
  • Jimmy will start working with drug dealers and thugs
  • The show will premiere on Feb. 23

“Better Call Saul” Season 5 is set to premier later this month, but the early reviews are in. Critics have teased Jimmy’s (Bob Odenkrik) sad descent after facing a personal tragedy will continue, and the show will give the fans another thrilling installment of the crooked lawyer’s story.

The trailers of the new season have teased Jimmy associating with drug dealers and thugs. According to Collider, this decent is not because the money is good, but rather because Jimmy feels that this is all that he is good for in life.

While Jimmy’s tragic descent will be hard to watch, his antics should make it bearable. There will be some funny and entertaining situations the lawyer will find himself in. One of the tricks he will use to get more customers is offer a discount to those who contact him before talking to any other lawyer.

Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn) is aware of what Jimmy is going through, and she will even try to make him see how this new life is destructive, but she will remain distant in “Better Call Saul” Season 5. Meanwhile, Kim too will face personal challenges while representing the big company Mesa Verde.

The first four episodes will be about Jimmy running some entertaining schemes as Saul, TV Guide reported. He sees himself as comic-book hero who can be a “righter of wrongs” and “friend of the friendless.” However, his work will bring him closer to the drugs cartel.

As the TV series moves closer to the “Breaking Bad” TV series, the fans will get to see more characters from the main show. The DEA agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) will be back in the next season, Entertainment Weekly reported.

“Better Call Saul” Season 5 will premiere on Feb. 23 and the second episode will air on Feb. 24 on AMC.
