Birthday Boy Prince Louis Looks Like Mom Kate Middleton In Adorable New Photos

Prince Louis has just turned 1 year old! To celebrate their baby's milestone, Prince William and Kate Middleton shared new photos of the adorable boy looking happy and healthy.

On the official Kensington Palace Twitter page, Middleton and Prince William gave royal fans a glimpse of Prince Louis, who was born April 23. Like his older brother Prince George and sister Princess Charlotte's portraits, Prince Louis' new photos were also taken by his talented amateur photographer mom.

One of the photos shows a happy Prince Louis crawling around the garden at the Cambridge family's Norfolk home, Anmer Hall, earlier this month. The royal toddler appears to have had a little too much fun as his cozy red sweater is covered in moss.

According to Daily Mail, the romper suit with the Peter Pan collar that he is wearing under the wool jumper is a hand-me-down from Prince George. The eldest Cambridge child wore the Rachel Riley romper, which reportedly costs £79, when he joined his parents on a trip to New Zealand when he was much younger.

Another snap showed Middleton and Prince William's youngest smiling at someone off-camera, showing off his two little front teeth. He is sitting on the moss-covered ground, with his clothes showing off the results of his garden playtime.

The third photo is a closeup of adorable little Louis, who bears a striking resemblance to his mom Kate at his age. Prine Louis appears to also be taking after his older brother, his blond hair being styled by Middleton the same way she does Prince George's, Daily Mail noted.

In the snap, Prince Louis is wearing a blue cashmere mix jumper with a cartoon puppy sewn on the front. The piece is reportedly from Trotters and is currently on sale for £35 from its original price of £44.

Prince Louis' new photos seem to prove his active and energetic personality, which Middleton previously talked about. According to the duchess, her youngest child likes "bombing around" on his baby walker.

"He just wants to pull himself up all the time. He’s got these little walkers and is bombing around on them," she said.

Prince Louis made his public debut last year in front of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington. He made his second appearance during his christening in July, but he hasn't been publicly seen since then.
