The Nintendo Switch is a hot commodity, so naturally Switch owners or those who want to become Switch owners will be on the lookout for good Black Friday deals. There are not a great deal of huge Switch savings out there yet but there are a handful of deals to be had.

Get A Switch With A Free Copy Of One Of Its Best Games

No retailer has advertised a discounted Switch console yet, but Nintendo itself is promoting one big deal at a few major outlets. The gaming company is bundling Switch consoles with a free copy of “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe” at places like Walmart, Best Buy and Target for Black Friday. That bundle costs $300, which is the standard price of a Switch with no included game.

“Mario Kart 8 Deluxe” is a re-release of “Mario Kart 8” for Wii U, with more racers to choose from and modes to play. It was released to near-universal acclaim in 2017 and is the second-best selling game on the Switch.

Assorted Switch Game Deals At Different Retailers

While the console deals for Switch are not extensive, there are some heavily discounted games on offer for Black Friday. Target’s Black Friday ad showcased the Switch version of the recently released “Starlink: Battle for Atlas” for $40, a savings of $35. The retailer will also have “LEGO DC Super-Villains” for $30.

Walmart, meanwhile, will offer “LEGO Worlds” and “South Park: The Fractured But Whole” for $17 each. It will also sell “Rocket League” and “Dragon Ball FighterZ” for $25 apiece. Then, for $35 each, Walmart will sell “Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze” and “Kirby Star Allies.”

Best Buy will have some discounted Switch games the day after Thanksgiving, too. “Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle” will be $20, while the remastered “Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” will be $25. “Overcooked 2” will be $30, a savings of $10.
