‘Blindspot’ Season 2
Will Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) survive after being captured in “Blindspot” Season 2, episode 8? NBC

“Blindspot” Season 2, episode 8 will revolve around the members of Kurt Weller’s (Sullivan Stapleton) team searching for him and his partner, Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander).

In “Do Not Slack, The Featherweight Wins,” Patterson (Ashley Johsnon), Zapata (Audrey Esparza) and Reade (Rob Brown) will turn to two criminals for answers. The episode is expected to have a happy ending, at least in terms of Jane Doe safely returning to the FBI headquarters. Unfortunately, Kurt is unable to go back to his team with her, and this will encourage his lover, Nas Kamal (Archie Panjabi), to come up with a different plan.

While speaking with Jane and Reade in the teaser, Nas informs them that her plan doesn’t involve any of Kurt’s team members. Jane tells Nas that they should be part of the job since they always try to help and protect each other. In the end, Nas agrees to get everyone on board, and Jane immediately goes in search for backup.

Meanwhile, a photo from Season 2, episode 8 may have just confirmed that Kurt will throw a party for his ex, Allison (Trieste Kelly Dunn), before he goes missing. Earlier this season, Allison was shot while she and Jane were on a mission. Luckily, Allison survived the shooting, and Kurt and his team are all happy that she’s alive. The photo shows everyone raising a glass for Allison. However, Jane isn’t around during the celebration.

The same photo also reveals that Patterson and Dr. Robert Borden’s (Ukweli Roach) relationship is getting stronger and stronger. The couple could be seen standing very close to each other, with Dr. Borden’s arm wrapped around Patterson’s waist.

In other news, Patterson isn’t the only character whose love life will be given focus in “Blindspot” Season 2, episode 8. In the installment, Zapata will reunite with her ex-boyfriend, Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Weitz (Aaron Abrams).

“Blindspot” Season 2, episode 8 will air on NBC on Nov. 2 at 8 p.m. ET.
