While Bobbi Kristina Brown remains unconscious and the legal battle between her father and the Houston family continues, Bobby Brown spent some time with his wife Alicia Brown at her baby shower over the weekend, TMZ reported. Alicia is due this summer and the two together have a five-year-old son, Cassius.

At the party, Alicia showed off her belly proudly, which was decorated with a henna tattoo, TMZ reported. The two had invited about 60 people for the shower at their Woodland Hills home. Bobby Brown and Alicia got married in June 2012.

Bobby Brown has four other children, including Bobbi Kristina, from his previous relationships -- sons Landon, 28, and Bobby Jr., 22, and daughter LaPrincia, 24.

The new member of the Brown family, whose gender remains a surprise, is due to arrive at a time when Bobbi Kristina remains unconscious after she was found face-down in the bathtub of her house in Georgia on Jan. 31. Bobbi Kristina is currently admitted in DeKalb Medical Center in Atlanta and may be reportedly suffering from an “irreversible brain damage.”

Earlier this month, a court granted the co-guardianship of Bobbi Kristina to Bobby Brown and Pat Houston. However, Bobby Brown will not have access to Bobbi Kristina’s $20 million estate, which she inherited from her mother Whitney Houston. While Bobby Brown's critics say he is only interested in the estate, his supporters say that the 46-year-old is doing everything to get the best care for his daughter.

Some reports suggested that the 22-year-old, who has been reportedly taken off life support, may be moved to her home. But no official confirmation has been reported so far.

In addition, Bobbi Kristina’s so-called husband Nick Gordon, who has emerged clean from his rehab stint, has still not been allowed to meet her. Gordon’s lawyer Joe S. Habachy reportedly said last week that Gordon “has respected the families’ wishes,” but wants to meet Bobbi Kristina more than ever.

“He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her,” according to a statement released by Habachy.

While Bobby Brown said that his daughter has shown improvement, Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother Cissy Houston reportedly said that there has not been any progress.
