Muhammad Ali’s grandson is certain no human being can beat his late grandfather.

Nico Ali Walsh is making bones in the sport his deceased grandfather Muhammad once dominated.

The middleweight sensation had just made his pro boxing debut and scored a statement first-round knockout win over Jordan Weeks on Saturday at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

His namesake certainly makes him a media magnet, and like some of his other family members, Ali Walsh was also quizzed to comment about how his late grandfather would’ve faired against other boxing legends.

In a recent interview with Spotbible, Ali Walsh was asked to predict how an Ali vs. Mike Tyson fight would’ve played out.

According to Ali Walsh, his a huge fan of Tyson, but he doesn’t see even fictional characters with incredible powers such as “King Kong” and “Superman” dismantling his grandfather.

"I'm definitely biased because you're asking his grandson," Ali Walsh said in jest. "But I think my grandfather beats King Kong, I think he beats Superman. I don't think anybody beats him, but I do love Mike Tyson."

Though most boxing fans think of a heavyweight dream-fight whenever they hear Ali and Tyson, Ali Walsh bared that his relationship with “Iron Mike” goes beyond just that.

In fact, the 21-year-old revealed that Tyson and his family has been supporting him as he pursue a boxing career.

"We're very close with Mike [Tyson]," he stated. "He actually reached out in the amateurs to me and he actually came to one of my fights in the amateurs so that was an incredible honour and he's had nothing but great things to say about my family.”

"He called my mum the night of an amateur fight and his wife, Kiki, said 'I heard Niko was fighting' and he showed up and he was cheering me on as I fought."

Muhammad will never get to see his grandson propel in the sport. However, Ali Walsh’s promoter and Top Rank boss Bob Arum--who also promoted the legend's fights in the past--is convinced that the late boxing icon would’ve been “proud” of the youngster.

“What a magical night for this young man,” Arum said of Ali Walsh’s win. “His grandfather would have been so proud of the way he’s honoring him in his own way. We at Top Rank are looking forward to leading him on his professional journey.”

Prior to his first pro boxing win, Ali Walsh already stressed that he’s serious about continuing his grandfather’s legacy.

“I am honored to continue the fighting legacy that my grandfather started,” he declared. “It is a responsibility I don't take lightly."
