Did Bradley Cooper's fame and success after "A Star Is Born" go to his head? This is what a new report is claiming, but this speculation has now been debunked.

Cooper's "A Star Is Born," which he directed and starred in opposite Lady Gaga, has been raking in awards and positive reviews since its release. However, OK! magazine recently put out a report claiming that all his success has made Cooper's ego out of control, so much so that he has reportedly ditched his pals.

An unnamed source asserted that Cooper hasn't been spotted with his pals, including Leonardo DiCaprio and "X-Men" star Michael Fassbender, lately. The actor-director has reportedly also showed signs of arrogance and put some people off due to his attitude.

“The fact that he expected to be handed a load of Oscars turned people off," the so-called insider claimed.

The seemingly phony source went on to claim that Cooper is "hoping to reconnect with some of his old buddies," but he apparently "needs to stop taking himself so seriously."

However, there seems to be no truth to any of these claims. The tabloid claimed that Cooper spending more time with girlfriend Irina Shayk and their daughter, Lea, these days was proof of him having a big ego, but there doesn't seem to be any connection between the two.

Cooper also doesn't seem to have any beef with his celebrity pals. Last month, he and DiCaprio both served on the host committee of the 17th annual "Night Before" party, which is held prior to the Academy Awards ceremony, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Earlier this week, Cooper was also spotted with Freddie Prinze Jr. in Los Angeles, Daily Mail reported. In addition, he met up with his former "Alias" co-star Jennifer Garner at her home where they enjoyed dinner together with Cooper's girlfriend, Shayk, and his mother, Gloria.

Gossip Cop also confirmed with a source connected to Cooper that the rumors of him having a big head following his film's success is "not true."

“Nothing has changed with him. If you ask any of his friends they would say the same," the insider close to Cooper confirmed.

This seems to be consistent with Cooper's statements earlier this year after being snubbed by the Academy for a best director nomination. While OK! claimed that he "expected to be handed a load of Oscars," the actor himself said that he had no expectations of being nominated.

“I was not surprised, I’m never surprised about not getting nominated," Cooper told People.
