Braunwyn Windham-Burke addressed the speculations that her marriage to her husband Sean Burke is going south in a recent interview.

The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star recently gave Entertainment Tonight a tour of her home and also set the record straight about her marriage to Sean. Windham-Burke admitted that they are not living together. However, she also made it clear that they are not divorcing.

"I love him dearly, we haven’t gotten along this well in a long time. We’re redefining what marriage means to us. Not following the old, antiquated rules anymore," she told ET.

She added that they are finding a new normal and renegotiating the terms of the contract of their marriage. In contrast to the speculations, the couple has no plans to split.

"We are [and] we will be married forever. We have one hundred percent faith we are going to raise our kids and grandkids together," Windham-Burke said.

"That being said, do we have to fall into the social norms that everyone else does? No. We're doing it our own way. Like I said, [it's a] modern marriage.”

The couple sparked split rumors last month when Windham-Burke promoted a conversation about co-parenting on Instagram. The post made "RHOC" fans speculate that they could be splitting because they haven't shared photos of them together on social media since mid-August, Page Six reported.

"New to the coparenting world? It doesn’t have to suck. It won’t feel like this forever. You just need some perspective … Knowing what to expect will save your sanity," she wrote in the post that she also deleted shortly.

Aside from admitting that they are in an open marriage, Windham-Burke also acknowledged that their relationship wasn't easy but they were working on it. They had hard talks and sometimes they blew everything up but then patched it back together.

On her part, Windham-Burke has been working on staying sober. She struggled with alcoholism but has been sober since January.

"One day at a time, 256 one days at a time. I have a lot of gratitude," she said as she reflected on her challenging journey to sobriety.

"I have a lot of amazing people in my life that have supported me and I'm so thankful that I was finally able to realize that I can't drink anymore. I've tried every way to drink and none of them work and so having that weight lifted off me, that it's not a choice anymore ... it's just, like I said, one day at a time because I don't want to get ahead of myself. But for today, I don't want to drink and I feel so good. I feel great."
