The seven-member Korean boy band BTS has taken the world by storm since its debut in 2013. Its members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, definitely enjoy a massive fortune, but who is the richest among the seven?

After their much-talked-about performance of "Butter" at the Grammys and their failure to take home an award for the second consecutive year, it is worth looking at the BTS members' net worths and their career achievements over the years.

In 2020, Forbes listed BTS among the highest-paid celebrities in the world, earning $50 million.

J-Hope, considered by many as the best dancer in BTS, is reportedly the richest member of the K-Pop boy group.

In 2021, his net worth was estimated to be around $26 million, as per a South China Morning Post report.

The outlet said it was the success of J-Hope’s solo mixtape “Hope World,” released in March 2018, that boosted his net worth.

The single “Daydream” from the project got him his first number 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart. He was also the first member to have a solo Hot 100 hit with the song “Chicken Noodle Soup.”

In 2020, his net worth was estimated to be around $12 million. Through his impressive earnings, J-Hope purchased a luxury apartment in Seoul, valued at around $2.2 million.

Trailing behind J-Hope is Suga, who has an estimated net worth of around $25 million.

Just like J-Hope, Suga’s solo mixtapes titled “Agust D” and “D-2” also contributed to his net worth, making him the second richest BTS member.

According to reports, Suga has written over 70 songs since he was 13. Over the years, he wrote and produced songs not only for BTS but also for other artists both local and international.

Among the songs that he produced are IU’s “Eight,” Lee So-ra’s “Song Request” and American singer Halsey’s “Suga’s Interlude.”

BTS leader RM has an estimated net worth of $22 million. RM has written over 130 songs. He has two solo mixtapes titled "RM" and "Mono." He has also released a solo mixtape along with U.S. rapper Warren G.

Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, believed to be the most famous BTS member internationally, has a net worth of $20 million. He is reportedly the most-searched K-pop idol on YouTube over the first half of 2021.

While he might be the youngest member of BTS, he has achieved a lot to date. It was reported that Jungkook bought his apartment in Seoul by paying $1.7 million in cash.

The respective net worths of Jimin, V and Jin are also estimated to be around $20 million.
