Charlie Sheen allegedly paid nearly $300,000 a night to porn stars for using crack cocaine with him to cope with his HIV-positive diagnosis, the Daily Mail reported. The report comes as the “Two and a Half Men” actor confirmed Tuesday on NBC's "Today" show that he is HIV-positive.

Earlier, a report said that he has beaten HIV as the disease is “undetectable” in his system. According to TMZ, the 50-year-old, who had known he is HIV-positive for more than two years, was allegedly taking medication and has had a series of blood tests.

According to the Daily Mail, Sheen feared that his secret would be disclosed prompting him to increase security at his mansion where guests were forced to sign non-disclosure agreements and leave their cell phones before meeting him.

“I know he doesn't like to leave his house - he's like a recluse,” a porn director, who knew several porn stars who visited Sheen's Hollywood mansion, told the Daily Mail. “He has a full security team. So when he has girls come over you start out in the garage -- that's where the command post is with the security team.”

“You have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, you have to leave your cell phones and then you can actually enter the house,” the director added.

Reports also alleged that Sheen spent millions on keeping his HIV-positive a secret. He allegedly paid $5 million to ensure that no one revealed this information to the public.

The news about Sheen’s HIV-positive status was first reported by the National Enquirer, which also cited his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, who said: “I had a drug-induced psychotic break at Charlie’s after doing drugs with Charlie for that many days. I couldn’t handle the HIV news. Just six months ago I was diagnosed with the eye disease and then Charlie potentially giving me HIV …" Mueller and Sheen got married in 2008 and their divorce was finalized in 2011.

His former girlfriend Bree Olson also spoke out Monday that she is being tested for AIDS. “Recorded myself for half an hour being tested for HIV and getting the results. This is so stressful,” Olson tweeted.

The National Enquirer reported that at least four women have alleged Sheen exposed them to the virus. The actor also reportedly didn’t tell his ex-fiancée Brett Rossi about his diagnosis for four months.

Meanwhile, "Wild Things" actress Denise Richards has not responded to claims that her ex-husband is HIV-positive.
