“Wild Things” actress Denise Richards has not responded to claims that her ex-husband, “Two and a Half Men” alum Charlie Sheen, is infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. The mother of his two children is relatively active on social media, but stayed away from outlets like Twitter and Instagram when the news broke Monday.

The last time Richards, 44, posted a message to her official account was after Friday's tragic terrorist attacks in Paris. She shared the popular hashtag #PrayForParis and the iconic image created by Paris street artist Fred le Chevalier. Before that, Richards posted a photo of a sunset in Malibu, California, last week.

Richards reportedly knew about Sheen’s diagnosis, but doesn’t have HIV, according to an exclusive report Monday by Entertainment Tonight. He reportedly became infected after the couple divorced, so daughters Sam, 11, and Lola, 10, do not have the virus either, the report said.

While the actress might have known about Sheen’s status “for a number of years,” many in Hollywood are finding out along with the rest of the public. Sheen’s apparent lies have reportedly rubbed “What Do You Mean” singer Justin Bieber the wrong way.

Sheen was slated to appear on NBC’s “Today” show Tuesday morning to discuss something important about his health with Matt Lauer. But Bieber, who is also supposed to appear on the show, “requested the dressing room away from Charlie,” an insider told Radar Online on Monday. “They want to make sure he’s as far away from Charlie as possible.” The source added: “Justin wants nothing to do with Charlie.”

Sheen, whose real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez, reportedly has “undetectable” amounts of HIV in his blood. Even if this is true, it does not mean that he is cured. HIV-positive people generally stay undetectable if they stay on their medication.
