Chrissy Teigen has been very vocal about her sobriety journey so far. On Sunday, she celebrated reaching a major milestone through a cute family video that she shared on social media.

The “Cravings” founder shared a short clip on her Instagram where she can be seen attempting to work out while her kids keep interrupting her sessions.

“Today is my 50-day sobriety streak,” she declared in her caption.

“It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. This is my longest streak yet!” the 35-year-old honestly admitted to having a few moments of weaknesses through the journey.

“I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night.”

Teigen noted that she has had her “fun” with drinking. “I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!! This is also my third day this week working out which is unheard of for me, and my bears are notttt making it easy but loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!! ”

The post received lots of love and support in the comments section. Her husband John Legend responded with a series of red heart emojis while Brooklyn Decker wrote “That takes guts.”

"So proud of you! Honestly, I don't really drink much anymore. It doesn't make me feel as focused and love the way I feel sober. Proud of you girl," Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn commented.

Just last month, Teigen happily reflected on her “first sober” trip to Italy with her husband.

“THANK YOU @alanavanderaa @hairinel @novakaplan for making me feel like Luigi’s mansion character I deserved,” she wrote at the time. “But really thanks for making me feel so pretty and helping me along in my quest to have my first sober Italian getaway.”

Teigen announced her decision to go sober in December 2020 after having a miscarriage in September 2020 due to placenta abruption complications. During a Good Morning America appearance in November last year, she credited her children for helping her through a hard time, saying, “You don’t want to be stuck in bed when you hear the laughter downstairs. It helps so much.”
