Christina Haack is reflecting on the importance of teamwork between co-parents when it comes to raising kids.

On Monday, Haack took to her Instagram Stories to share a snap of her and ex-husband Tarek El Moussa's son Brayden smiling in the hospital — a day after the 6-year-old underwent emergency surgery.

The "Christina on the Coast" star accompanied the photo with a message of praise for El Moussa, his wife Heather Rae Young and Haack's husband Josh Hall.

"Stressful 24 hours but a good reminder how important teamwork/co-parenting is," she wrote. "We are all under pressure, but when it really matters, we were all there for Brayden doing our part."

Haack continued, "Sometimes, a scary situation can be a good wake-up call. In the end, all the other stuff is just 'noise'; what matters is the kids."

The HGTV star also posted a photo of Brayden with Taylor, her and El Moussa's 11-year-old daughter, and Hudson, Haack's 2-year-old son with her second ex-husband Ant Anstead.

"Resting with the siblings," Haack wrote alongside the snap.

On Sunday, Haack revealed via an Instagram post that Brayden was admitted to the ER and had an emergency appendectomy. She said he also had a removal of Meckel's diverticulum, which is described by Healthline as a pouch in the intestine.

"Nothing like seeing your child in excruciating pain," the mother of three wrote alongside a photo of the 6-year-old boy asleep on a hospital bed.

Haack added that the surgery "went well" and that Brayden is "recovering and in good spirits."

Young also shared some details about Brayden's emergency surgery on her own Instagram.

"Today, @therealtarekelmoussa and I were woken up to a call that as a parent and step-parent you never want to wake up to," the "Selling Sunset" star wrote Sunday, before revealing that Haack and Hall rushed the boy to the hospital "very early" in the morning on Sunday.

The real estate agent described it as the "scariest day" of their lives, adding: "We are so thankful it was caught early."

Both Haack and Young thanked the doctors, nurses and staff at Mission Hospital who looked after Brayden.

"[It's] times like these we ban together as a family. It’s been a very emotional day, but he is doing well and recovering," Young added.

After he was discharged, Young shared an update on Brayden's health via Instagram Stories with a photo showing her and El Moussa by the boy's side as he rested.

"We just left little man, he's in pain but he's a strong boy and he's getting discharged today," she wrote. "We all pulled together as a family during this stressful time. The kids will always be the main priority to all of us!"
