- The game has industry veterans whose work is wanted to be seen in a long time
- It's offered with a discount on pre-ordering this game

“Daemon X Machina” will now be a former Switch exclusive as it'’ll be available on Steam later this Valentines’ Day. It’ll join the ranks of the few Switch exclusives that are already available on Steam. Many fans didn’t see this coming as the developers and publishers weren’t showing any hints of the PC release.

As seen on its official Steam page, “Daemon X Machina” is now confirmed to be released on PC this coming Feb. 14. The game can only be pre-ordered right now and offers a small discount off its $60 for early adopters. The upcoming release is handled by the same developers and publishers as the Nintendo Switch version which could confirm great quality for the PC release. Square Enix’s “Octopath Traveler” has received a similar treatment last year and received “Very Positive” reviews from Steam players.

The upcoming game’s pre-order bonuses provides some bonus cosmetics and weapons for the player to use in the game. Players will be receiving the Prototype Arsenal, Prototype Plugsuit and the Metallic Equipment Set if the pre-order is pushed through. The offer will be available up until March 13, 2020.

Other DLCs available on the Switch such as the “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” content are currently not yet available for this PC release.

Many Mecha fans are looking to play “Daemon X Machina” as Kenichiro Tsukuda, of “Armored Core” fame, is has produced this game. The mech designs seen in the Arsenal robots are also from Shoji Kawamori who is also known for his work on “Armored Core.” The “Armored Core” series is one of the best known Mecha games on consoles and has yet to get a new series entry for almost a decade.

The title has a character creation system and offers the standard missions and boss fights often found in many action games of its kind. Upgrading their Arsenal robot in “Daemon X Machina” often requires players to salvage the parts off enemies and add it as their own. Lastly, the game also offers 1v1 and 2v2 multiplayer modes for players who want to play with friends online.

The PC version of "Daemon X Machina" will be available on Steam this coming February 14, 2020.
