Since seeing Jake in the park, Gabi has been determined to prove he is her husband Stefan, who died over a year ago and had his heart donated. Now, after her last tactic didn’t work, Gabi will seek out the man who would have had a role with bringing the man she loved back to life on the Wednesday, May 13 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

After seeing Jake (Brandon Barash), who is a doppelganger for her dead husband, Gabi (Camila Banus) became convinced that Stefan was still alive on the NBC soap. Her attempts to convince Jake to confess all failed, including a kiss she gave him. Now, desperate to prove her theory that Rolf (William Utay) interceded and somehow brought Stefan back with a new identity, she will go to the man himself.

“Gabi seeks answers from Rolf about Stefan,” spoilers reveal.

However, Rolf may not be very forthcoming with information, since Gabi also sought him out when she learned Stefan wasn’t going to wake up after he was shot, and he told her there was nothing he could do because of that. If he insists to Gabi that he didn’t do anything to keep Stefan alive and that the man who claims to be Jake is who she really thinks, then she could be at a dead end. Of course, no matter what Rolf tells her, Gabi likely won’t be convinced.

Meanwhile, others are beginning to question Jake as well, especially after some goons came to the garage and attacked Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), Jake claimed to know nothing about the attack or who the men could have been sent by, though he does seem to have something going on that he isn’t telling anyone about. Now, following the attack, Ben will want answers about whether he and Ciara are safe.

“Ben questions Jake about the goons who came by the garage,” spoilers reveal.

Whether Jake is hiding the truth about who he is or something else, hi secrets may not stay hidden for long.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
