When “The Bachelor” Arie Luyendyk Jr. decided to change his Season 22 winner by opting to be with his runner-up Lauren Burnham instead of fiancée Becca Kufrin, it rattled Bachelor Nation. A quasi-similar event occurred this week, this time involving current “The Bachelorette” lead Hannah Brown. Though, it is safe to say that Hannah did not “pull an Arie” by any means.

While Hannah, who is in the midst of Season 15 of the ABC series, didn’t change her winner pick, Reality Steve, who initially reported the winner of Hannah’s season last month, did announce an update to the reality star’s forthcoming finale this week.

In May, the notorious spoiler blogger reported that it was Tyler Cameron, the 26-year-old general contractor from Florida, who would ultimately win Hannah’s heart on the show. After telling his loyal readers Hannah and Tyler were engaged, he backtracked in a major way in his June 18 blog post.

According to Reality Steve, after reporting that Tyler would be the show’s 2019 champion, he began receiving tips that it was actually Jed Wyatt, his initially reported runner-up for Hannah's season, that won. “[Three] weeks ago I started hearing that Hannah was with Jed and not Tyler,” he explained.

After investigating the claims further, he discovered that it was Jed, not Tyler, who Hannah chose. “Hannah chose Jed at the end and they are engaged.”

He continued, “Sorry the initial Tyler info was wrong. Just wasn’t as solid as I thought it was. But the info about Jed from [three] weeks ago is as solid as I can get and I just have to leave it at that.”

Watch “The Bachelorette” Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
