‘Digimon Adventure’ Episodes 66, 67 Synopses: Series Finale Release Date Announced [Spoilers]

The arrival of the latest spoilers of "Digimon Adventure" tease what will go down in the series finale.

Twitter user Wikimon has translated and shared summaries of the last two episodes of the series.

The spoilers suggest the most dangerous enemy named Negamon will transform into Cthulhumon. This evil Digimon will appear before Taichi and the other Chosen Children.

Cthulhumon has the ability to eat up spaces while it jumps between the Real World and Digital World. The eight Ultimates will join forces to fight Cthulhumon.

"Digimon Adventure" Episode 66 title and summary

Episode 66 is title The Last Miracle, The Final Power and it is scheduled for Sept. 19 release.

“The most wicked enemy, Negamon evolves into Cthulhumon in front of Taichi and his friends. Cthulhumon consumes spaces one after another while freely jumping between the Digital World and the Real World, turning it into ‘Nothingness’. In order to prevent the worlds from being erased, the eight Ultimates, which includes War Greymon, challenge Cthulhumon to a battle,” the synopsis of Episode 66 read.

“However, Cthulhumon's power is overwhelming. One by one... They get blown away into an unknown space. Taichi and Yamato desperately continue their battle against Cthulhumon, who is impervious to all of their attacks, despite being worn out,” the synopsis added.

The final episode will showcase the arrival of Omegamon who will go up against the monstrous entity named Abaddomon.

Episode 67 of the anime series is releasing on Sept. 26. The title of the "Digimon Adventure" finale episode is yet to be announced.

“Omegamon finally appears. The monster Abaddomon devours the Digital World and Real World, turning everything into nothingness, and the humanoid Abaddomon Core lurks within its center. Among the people who have been driven to despair, only the children of the world believe that Omegamon can win. The wishes of the Chosen Children, who have unlimited potential, and their Partner Digimon bring about another miracle for Omegamon so that it can defeat the evil entity,” the finale synopsis read.
