Donald Trump spoke with a scowl and dour face while admitting that the media have been very fair.

On Monday, Trump appeared at the podium to speak about coronavirus again. According to Jason Miciak of Political Flare, the POTUS spoke with a monotone voice and he lacked passion while delivering his speech. Also, there was no inflection, pause or personality in his eyes.

Miciak noted that he had a massive scowl and dour face. He almost made a pout as if he could not believe what the people were doing to him. The president was visibly somber in the latest briefing compared to last week.

However, when he took questions, he became more animated. He also shared a conversation he had with his son, Barron, who reportedly asked him “how bad this is.” Trump told his and Melania’s son, “It’s bad. It’s bad.” He even called it an “invisible enemy.”

Trump also acknowledged that the economy may be heading to recession. For the first time, he also complimented the media, which he considers his enemy before.

“I think a lot of the media actually has been very fair. I think people are pulling together on this. I really think the media has been very fair,” Trump said.

Last week, Trump dismissed the seriousness of the coronavirus outbreak. The POTUS said in a tweet that the fake news media and Democratic Party inflamed the coronavirus situation “far beyond what the facts would warrant.” He also added that “the risk is low to the average American.”

Due to Trump’s statement, many reacted when the FLOTUS canceled her fundraising event in California. Many were convinced that it was due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but the first lady said that it was due to “scheduling conflict.”

Meanwhile, a Trump supporter who believes in his claim that coronavirus is a hoax started the “coronavirus challenge.” The woman has gone viral after sharing a clip of her licking an airplane toilet seat to show the world that coronavirus is fake. Online users who saw the video were disgusted and had no plans to join the new challenge.
