An elderly Florida man was arrested for exposing himself and masturbating to a female passenger on a flight from Newark to Boston. He was also accused of touching her inappropriately, Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Office said.

Donald Edward Robinson, 76, of Bonita Springs, Florida, was charged with one count of lewd, indecent, and obscene acts while in the aircraft, a statement released Sunday said.

The incident reportedly occurred on April 8 when Robinson started pleasuring himself through his pants shortly after take-off when seated next to the 21-year-old female passenger. The victim recorded the act on a 24-second video.

Robinson allegedly went on to expose his privates to the young lady and started masturbating.

Five minutes before landing, the accused allegedly placed his hand on the victim’s thigh, prompting the latter to ask why he was doing so. Robinson responded by removing his hand and looking out of the window, the statement mentioned.

The victim alerted a fellow passenger by showing a message on her phone that read: “Hi, this man assaulted me and touched my leg and is masturbating," Boston.com reported.

While deplaning after landing, the victim complained to a flight attendant about Robinson's misdemeanor but could not point him out due to the crowd of passengers getting off the plane.

Security footage showed Robinson repeatedly looking back in the direction from which he came while walking towards baggage claim, the U.S. Attorney's office said.

"The charge of lewd, indecent and obscene acts while in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States provides for a sentence of up to 90 days in prison, up to one year of supervised release and a fine of up to $5,000. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case," the statement read.
