Fans excited for Season 6, episode 6 of “The Flash” will have to wait a week as The CW isn’t airing a new episode Tuesday night. The episode, titled “License to Elongate,” will air on Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. EST on the network.

Rather than show a new episode of “The Flash,” tonight will be a repeat of the season premiere of the DC hit series.

Next week’s brand new episode will be directed by series star Danielle Panabaker in her directorial debut. The episode will have Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) turning his attention to Ralph Dibney (Hartley Sawyer) as he prepares him for life after Crisis. However, it will be Ralph who would be teaching Barry a life lesson.

Meanwhile, the episode will also follow Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) as she “faces her own moment of self-discovery while helping a recuperated Chester P. Runk (guest star Brandon McKnight) reclaim his identity,” according to the official synopsis.

“The Flash” Season 6 has become a big one for the show as it leads into the Arrowverse epic crossover “Crisis On Infinite Earths” where all of the Arrowverse shows will be a part of a 5-episode arc that is set to impact everyone.

It’s been a hard road for Barry this season after he found out from The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) that in order to save billions and prevent the Crisis, he must die. With the clock ticking, Barry must prepare his team to protect Central City without him.

There are only three episodes left of “The Flash” before the big crossover event, which starts on Dec. 8. For now, viewers will have to wait a week before the show returns to its original scheduled programming of fresh new episodes.

If you missed any episode of “The Flash” this season and want to catch up, you can stream the episodes now through The CW App for free.

“The Flash” returns with Season 6, Episode 6 on Tuesday, Nov. 19, on The CW at 8 p.m. EST.
