Ava has been devastated since learning her love story with Ryan was a lie and that he was responsible for Kiki’s death. On the Thursday, March 14 episode of “General Hospital,” Ava will lose her composure when she encounters the real Kevin.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera Ava (Maura West) slaps Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) across the face. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ava is confrontational.

In the previous episode, Franco (Roger Howarth) reunited with Ava, who was drunk and still in utter disbelief. She truly thought “Kevin” loved her and Franco was responsible for killing Kiki (Hayley Erin).

However, Ava recently learned that Kevin was locked up in Ferncliff and she was actually having a relationship with his twin brother, Ryan. While Franco informed her he only confessed to Kiki’s murder to bring the real killer to justice, Ava insisted she needed to get revenge against Ryan.

Although Ryan is presumed to be dead after jumping off of a bridge, his body hasn’t been found, which gives Ava hope that she can punish the man who killed her daughter.

On the next “GH” episode, Ava will run into the real Kevin and lash out at the mere sight of his face. Will Ava realize she is talking to the real Kevin? Or will her rage drive her to carry out her plans for revenge against Ryan, even if she has the wrong twin?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) will issue Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Molly (Haley Pullos) an ultimatum to either support her new perspective thanks to Dawn of Day or get out of her life.

Will Sam be able to convince Kristina to see Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) faults or will she agree to accept her sister’s new outlook on life?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
