Oscar’s death has caused Kim to spiral out of control, but on the Tuesday, July 16 episode of “General Hospital,” she will reflect on her relationship with Julian after drugging Drew.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Kim (Tamara Braun) apologizes to Julian (William deVry). “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Kim and Julian have a heart-to-heart.

During Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco’s (Roger Howarth) wedding, Kim stuck Drew (Billy Miller) with a mild sedative. She then attempted to create the baby he previously refused to have with her. However, Julian walked in on them before Kim took things too far.

After witnessing the compromising situation, Julian revealed he didn’t realize how much pain she was in following Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) death. Kim then admitted she thought creating another baby would help ease her pain.

Although nothing happened between Kim and Drew, she can’t seem to shake her feelings of regret. It appears she will apologize to Julian, but will their intimate conversation lead to a break up?

Kim has been on a downward spiral since Oscar’s death, but Julian has remained supportive throughout their relationship. Will Kim’s grief push her to end their romance so she can pursue Drew?

During Oscar’s will reading, the Quartermaines got into an argument with Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) after learning the teen left his ELQ shares to the cult leader. Kim was devastated when she realized everyone was more focused on money rather than the fact that her son was dead.

However, Drew was there to comfort amid all of the chaos. Will Kim attempt to rekindle her romance with Drew?
