It will be a day of reflection for the residents of Port Charles as they realize how their decisions affect others. On the Wednesday, Oct. 17 episode of “General Hospital,” Peter will reach out to Drew while Spencer shares his intentions with Sonny.

In the previous episode, Drew paid a visit to Sam (Kelly Monaco), who assured him she would be there to support him. He has been having a hard time ever since learning that Oscar (Garren Stitt) was diagnosed with cancer.

To make matters worse, Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has the flash drive with the memories to his past, but will only give it to Drew if he uses them to link Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) to their past crimes.

Drew has been conflicted about what to do since his decision could hurt Sam. Will Peter help him realize that his life is fine without the flash drive? Or will his words push Drew to destroy the lives of those closest to him in order to get answers about his past?

In the previous episode, Spencer surprised Laura (Genie Francis) at her door with a bouquet of flowers. However, she was less than pleased when she realized her grandson had used his cell phone to buy a plane ticket from France to Port Charles.

Last year, Spencer asked Sonny to kill Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) in order to avenge his father, Nikolas’ (Tyler Christopher) death, but seeing as Valentin is still alive, chances are the little boy isn’t visiting his uncle to exchange pleasantries.

Has Spencer returned to town to kill Valentin or is there another reason why he made the long trip back to the US?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
