Following the "Wish Upon A Lantern Web Event" with a massive prize pool of 1 billion Primogems, miHoYo is seemingly preparing to host another web event in "Genshin Impact" this month. Dubbed as "A Wanmin Welcome," here are some details about the latest web event, including its release date, tasks and rewards.

A Wanmin Welcome Start Date

Game developer miHoYo teased on its official Twitter a new web event titled "A Wanmin Welcome." Aside from the vague "before March 20" start date and event's availability in regions such as America, Europe, Asia, and TW/HK/MO, nothing else was shared. It will be available on all platforms, which means PlayStation 4, iOS, Android and PC players can all participate.

But, it appears that "Genshin Impact" players in China are already enjoying the web event, according to industry insider AeEntrophy. It started at 10 a.m March 2 and ended at 11:59 p.m. March 11 in China.

A Wanmin Welcome Tasks And Activities

Based on the insider's details, A Wanmin Welcome gives players only one chance each day to cook a meal. They can earn extra chances to cook a meal through daily missions. Players can collect a total of nine presets of meal sets. Every day, players can cook the assigned recipes to earn these meal sets, similar to what they did during Xiao's Wish Upon A Lantern event.

"Genshin Impact" players can complete a maximum of the three meal sets, of which they receive 50 Primogems, Mora, Enhancement Ores and Hero's Wit for every successful meal. For players able to complete the whole A Wanmin Welcome event, they will receive "150 rough stones and 3 game item rewards corresponding to the package." PC players who want to participate in the web event need to scan the code using their mobile phones.

These are the details about the "A Wanmin Welcome" event that's currently live in China. While miHoYo has not yet revealed any information about the web event for other regions, it will most likely have the same challenges and rewards.
