“Girl Meets World” Season 3 will air its final episode on Disney Channel on Friday, Jan. 20.

“Girl Meets Goodbye” will not only see Topanga (Danielle Fischel) making a tough decision about the future of her career, but it will also feature Cory (Ben Savage) encouraging his students to recall some of the biggest landmarks they have experienced in their lives. In the photo exclusively released by TV Line, Cory talks to Riley (Rowan Blanchard), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) and the rest of their group while inside the classroom. Each of the students have a sad look on their faces.

In “Girl Meets Sweet Sixteen,” Topanga received a call about a job offer in England. Even though she hasn’t made a decision yet, what she'll choose to do could change the life of her entire family. Since “Girl Meets World” has been canceled by Disney Channel after four seasons, the final episode was written in such a way that viewers will have a satisfying ending. As such, Topanga accepting the job in England could serve as the conclusion to the series.

However, it is also possible that a cliffhanger has been filmed back in July. After Disney Channel announced the cancellation, series creator Michael Jacobs told TV Line that there are talks ongoing about the possible renewal of the show. “There are talks underway, but we’re at the very, very beginning stages. And I can tell you that it’s because of the audience’s reaction to the cancellation that there is interest in other places,” he said.

Girl Meets Goodbye” will also feature the return of the cast members from “Boy Meets World,” namely, Mr. Feeny (William Daniels), Alan (William Russ), Amy (Betsy Randle), Mr. Turner (Anthony Quinn), Eric (Will Friedle), Minkus (Lee Norris), Harley (Danny McNulty) and more.
