Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been dating for a while now, but they remain just boyfriend and girlfriend. There have been several rumors about the couple that have been debunked in the past and the latest one is about them spending millions in order to have a baby.

According to a recent tabloid story, Stefani and Shelton have spent around $4 million on IVF treatment in order for the singer to get pregnant. An anonymous “source” has claimed that the treatment hasn’t yielded the desired results, and the singer is ready to give up.

The IVF treatments, according to the insider, are “physically grueling.” Stefani is “heartbroken” and “in tears” because Shelton has been “hoping to have a child of his own.”

Stefani wants to stop the IVF treatment, according to the source, but she hasn’t told Shelton about it yet. The singer has three children with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, and the couple sees this as a blessing. However, the insider said that the singer knows her boyfriend wants to have children of his own.

According to the rumor, Stefani has no plans to continue the IVF treatment, but hopes to adopt children or use surrogacy as an option. The source said that since the singer has these alternatives she hasn’t given up hope.

This rumor about Stefani and Shelton wanting kids and using IVF treatment has been debunked. The singer’s spokesperson told Gossip Cop on record that the tabloid story is “untrue.” The report pointed out that the tabloid that ran this story has a history of publishing such false stories about the celebrity couple.

Stefani and Shelton are not having children, but their relationship has been growing strong. Last month the singer posted a picture of her and her boyfriend on Instagram on Valentine’s Day. The two celebrities had big smiles on their faces on that day.

Apart from spending time with Shelton and her children, Stefani is very busy with her music career. She is also using her fame to promote social causes that she believes in. She donates $1 for every ticket purchased for her Las Vegas residency show to the Cure 4 the Kids Foundation, ET Online reported.
