There are a bunch of unexplained deaths to solve in “Hailey Dean Mysteries: A Prescription for Murder,” and Hailey Dean (Kellie Martin) is ready to help with the investigation.

Joining Martin for another installment of the Hallmark franchise, which is based on Nancy Grace’s book series of the same name, are Viv Leacock (Detective Fincher Garland) and Matthew MacCaull (Jonas McLellan).

According to the synopsis, “Psychologist and former prosecutor Hailey Dean aids her friend Detective Fincher Garland in investigating a rapidly growing string of murders at Atlanta Memorial Hospital when Fincher’s girlfriend Dr. Meghan Phillips (Caitlyn Stryker, ‘Supernatural’) is named a suspect in the first killing.

“As the list of suspects grows with each new victim’s death, Hailey’s keen investigative skills, her uncanny ability to read people, and her passion for justice lead her through a labyrinth of clues that eventually point to the killer. But when she gets too close to the truth, Hailey becomes the killer’s next target for murder.”

Lucia Walters (Charlene “Monty” Montgomery), Emily Holmes (Sabrina Butler), Gabrielle Miller (Ivy Bedrossian), Bruce Dawson (Grant McClellan), Bradley Stryker (Clayton Morrel), Johannah Newmarch (Lisa Shunstrom), Nathan Witte (Nurse Brian Martin), Cameron Bancroft (Robert Harms), Howie Lai (Dr. Tim Chang), Nancy Grace (Nancy) and Lauren Holly (Paulina) also star.

“Hailey Dean Mysteries: A Prescription for Murder,” which was directed by Allan Harmon and written by Michelle Ricci, premieres on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on Sunday at 9 p.m. EDT.
