  • Berry also flaunted her curls Sunday while celebrating pride month
  • The actress will be next seen in "John Wick: Chapter 4"

Halle Berry took to Instagram Wednesday to flaunt her natural curls with a low-angled-view picture.

The 54-year-old actress shared the sun-kissed selfie with 7 million followers and captioned it, "Love is in the hair."

In the photo, Berry wore a plain gray t-shirt and a layered golden chain around her neck.

Comedian Chelsea Handler, 46, commented, "Ooh la la!" Several other fans also shared their love for the actress and natural beauty in the comments section.

One of the fans wrote, "Hey Lady you look amazing!" while another fan noted, "So curly and beautiful hair."

One of the users demanded bringing back natural beauty and wrote, "Halle got that natural beauty! That’s what I’m talking about! #Bringnaturalback." "This is another beautiful picture of you, I love the hair," read another comment.

This is not the first time when Berry flaunted her curly hair. The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" actress shared a topless photo of herself on Instagram Sunday to celebrate pride month and of course, to show off her curls.

In the photo, she walked into the woods while wearing a rainbow-colored skirt. "Love is ALWAYS the answer #pridemonth," she captioned the picture.

However, the actress has been popularly known for her pixie cut. She had admitted during an interview with HuffPost in 2012 that she was her "best self" whenever she opted for "super short hair."

"I am my best self when I have super short hair. That’s when I feel most like me and most confidant," she had noted. When she went for her auditions at the age of 18 or 19 and saw "every other girl in the room with long, curly hair -- whether it be natural or weaved in. I remember thinking this isn’t working for me," she further recalled.

"I have to somehow be different from these girls, so I cut all my hair off," she told the outlet. "Two weeks after I did that, I got my first acting job. It was “Living Dolls” on ABC. They even said I was different. And it felt like me."

However, not all of her short hairstyles have been welcomed by fans. Berry's chic bob and baby bangs look at the Oscars 2021 drew hilarious reactions and memes from netizens.

On the work front, the actress will star in "John Wick: Chapter 4," which is slated to release on May 27, 2022.
