Apple’s new 16-inch MacBook Pro is now available and it's certainly an exciting upgrade for Mac users who are still using the older MacBook models. The new Apple laptop comes with upgraded RAM, larger storage options, better graphics works, a larger screen, and a refreshed keyboard.

There are many things that need to be considered first when upgrading to another machine. A larger screen and better resolution

The new MacBook Pro features a 16-inch display with a resolution of 3072x1920. The Macbook now has thinner bezels, which makes it a more modern look than the previous MacBook model. The display can reach up to 500 nits of brightness intensity with wide color gamut. Apple is also adding True Tone technology to enhance the color and intensity of the display and provides more natural-looking images.

Improved keyboard

The keyboard is probably one of the biggest improvements in the new MacBook Pro. After many years, Apple has finally decided to replace the butterfly mechanism keyboard with the old but more reliable scissor mechanism keyboard. The company calls its the Magic Keyboard. This new keyboard brings an Apple-designed rubber dome, promising a more comfortable and stable typing experience while also avoiding problems with dust, the 9 To 5 Mac reported.

Apple, however, decided to keep the TouchBar and Touch ID. Just like the old 2015 MacBook Pro, the redesigned keyboard also comes with an inverted T arrow key arrangement to help Mac users with the navigation.

GPU boost and larger storage

The 16-inch MacBook Pro is powered by the 2.6GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4.5GHz) 6‑core Intel Core i7 CPU and uses an AMD Radeon Pro 5300M with 4GB of GDDR6. Aside from the improved customization options, it also offers a much bigger storage option of up to 8TB, which is twice as much as you can get from the old 15-inch MacBook model. Better power

In terms of power supply, the 16-inch MacBook can give users an extra hour of estimated battery life -- thanks to the new 100-watt battery cell. Not just that, the new battery can now last up to 11 hours for wireless web use. That's one hour longer compared to the old 15-inch MacBook Pro.

Better sounds

Apple has also improved the sound system in this new laptop when it added a high-fidelity six-speakers system that provides Dolby Atmos support. Also, the new Mac also comes with upgraded microphones that provide extra noise reduction, LifeHacker reported.
