“Fifty Shades Darker” star Jamie Dornan recently dropped by “Conan” to show his millions of fans just how flexible he really is.

On Wednesday night, the 34-year-old proved how strong his body is when he did some pushups on the end of host Conan O’Brien’s table. The actor lifted both of his legs to make the routine more challenging.

Dornan revealed that he and “Fifty Shades Darker” director James Foley thought of a way to incorporate his gym moves in the film. Dornan didn’t want to lift any weights in the film, so he decided to show off by doing other exercises. “I just happened to say, ‘I’ve got this like one party trick I can do like a sort of pommel horse.’ I was like, ‘Okay, look, you’ve got one take to get this.’ It’s so hard to do,” he said.

After doing gymnastics on “Conan” and pulling his neck, Dornan went on to say that he got so tired doing the same thing in the film that he asked Foley for a break so he could rest in his trailer.

Meanwhile, Dornan was joined by the “Fifty Shades of Grey” co-star Dakota Johnson at the premiere in Los Angeles. Also with them was book author E.L. James and Foley. Johnson wore a pink dress that showed off her back, cleavage and the sides of her breasts. Dornan, on the other hand, opted to wear an all-black suit and tie.

Ahead of “Fifty Shades Darker” release, Johnson shared that there will be a tribute to her mom, Melanie Griffith, in the movie. “There is a moment, a little surprise moment especially for my mom in this movie,” she said.

“Fifty Shades Darker” is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10.
