  • Donald Trump apparently wanted to deport Melania, according to Trevor Noah
  • Melania Trump only attacked by critics to hurt POTUS
  • Melania Trump and Donald Trump have always had a good relationship

Donald Trump may have tried to deport wife Melania Trump, according to comedian Trevor Noah.

In a throwback clip from an earlier episode of his comedy show, Noah touched on the president’s stance on the immigration policy and how his points appeared to have been aiming at his wife.

“I think Donald Trump is trying to deport Melania,” the “Daily Show” host said on a clip he shared on Twitter.

Noah joked that things haven’t been perfect between them, citing two reasons why he believes so.

First, Melania barely spends time in the White House. Second, when the POTUS tried to hold her hand in the public, the first lady appeared to slap it away.

Noah added that it may sound crazy, but Trump's immigration policies seem to suggest that he hates immigrants and that if one puts it together, there is actually a pattern.

“All of his policies seemed to aim at his wife,” the host added.

For instance, Trump often complained about immigrants coming to the U.S. using the wrong way and working illegally, both of which apparently apply to his own wife. Previous reports claimed that the first lady didn’t have the proper visa for her modeling work.

Melania previously said that she will hold a press conference to address her questionable immigration entr, but it never happened. In fact, it has been three years since the FLOTUS promised it.

Noah sarcastically quipped that it is difficult to hold a press conference because you have to get a podium and “that’s pretty much it.” Noah continued by saying that it seems a little convenient for the president to bring up the whole legal work thing when his wife has a shady visa history, referring to her Einstein visa.

Then Trump switched and said that a lot of foreigners are taking advantage of America’s immigration system by claiming that they were special when in fact, they were not. He added that if one followed the clues, one would realize that “he is actually slamming his wife.”

Noah also mentioned what Trump hates about the America’s immigration policy and that is allowing the immigrant’s family to come legally in the U.S via “chain migration.” However, the comedian insisted that despite the POTUS insistence, “it was not true” because one is not allowed to bring unlimited number of relatives in the America.

Noah again jokingly insisted that Trump may have actually been shading Melania when he criticized chain migration policy because the FLOTUS helped her parents chain-migrate to the U.S. and that’s what her husband wants to stop.

The video received various reactions from netizens, with some calling Noah “bloody hilarious” and “brilliant.” Another sarcastically commented that Donald “hates immigrants so much he sure does love marrying them.”

In related news, Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., said that Melania was just attacked because the POTUS’ critics couldn’t hurt him. He also insisted that Melania and Donald have always had a “good relationship.”
