A superstar deserves a comfortable, luxurious house. Angelina Jolie got herself a classical mansion which costs almost $25M, and get this, it has 10 bathrooms and a lovely teahouse.

It isn’t easy being a Hollywood star. One has to endure long hours of shooting with only a few hours of sleep which can take a toll on a celebrity’s over-all wellbeing. That’s why Jolie, 44, ensured that she closed the deal and secured the ownership to a 2.1-acre estate with stunning views across the city and the ocean.

The previous owner of Jolie’s new house was Cecil B. DeMille. In order to find the “Maleficent” actress’ abode, called the Beau-Arts mansion built in 1913, one must travel to Laughlin Park enclave, Los Feliz, LA, Ideal Home reported.

Jolie’s new house was reportedly restored. The renovation took 6 years to complete since DeMille’s family had to ensure that the spirit of the original style would be followed through while integrating some contemporary upgrades.

DeMille was a well-known filmmaker who died of heart ailment in 1959, IMDb reported. He was best known for his films “The Ten Commandments” in 1923, “The King of Kings” in 1927 and “The Crusades” in 1935.

Enter Jolie’s mansion and one will find a grand foyer, 1 master bedroom, a dining room paneled with wood, formal living room, gourmet kitchen with a notable broad center island, 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. For those who fancy books, the “Tomb Raider” actress’ house has a library whose bookcases stood from floor to ceiling and for the ones who love fire places, this house has 4.

The exterior part of Jolie’s new house has a patio leading to formal gardens and an astonishing swimming pool with cascading fountains on both sides, Latin Times reported. There is also a guest house which has a separate entrance.

Jolie’s house reportedly has a separate pool house, fully equipped gym and a teahouse. The estate’s interior space has a total area of approximately 11,000 sq. ft.

What made the location of Jolie’s house more intriguing, other than being neighbors with “Thor: Love and Thunder” actress Natalie Portman, “Twilight” actress Kristen Stewart, former Black Eyed Peas member, Will.I.Am, and Ben Affleck’s brother, Casey, was its nearness to her ex-husband’s, Brad Pitt, house who lived just 2 miles away.

Jolie and Pitt parted ways in 2016 after 2 years of being married. The ex-couple met during the shoot of their 2005 spy film and publicly dated a few months after the said movie hit the big movie screens, People reported.
