Angelina Jolie opened her home in Cambodia for a commercial.

The “Maleficent 2” star has a lot of things on her plate being an actress, filmmaker and humanitarian. However, she still finds time to be Guerlain’s muse.

For the brand’s new campaign for fragrance Mon Guerlain, Jolie opened her home in Asia, Harper’s Bazaar reported. Jolie agreed to shoot the commercial in her longhouse in Cambodia with Oscar-winning cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki.

The clip showcased Jolie’s home in the tropical surroundings of remote northwestern Cambodia. It’s where her family foundation worked for 18 years in helping conserve the environment and support the local communities.

Jolie’s first commercial with the brand was shot at her home in France. According to the “Changeling” star, the recent one is “more personal” and “more intimate” for her.

According to Jolie, shooting at her home in Cambodia is representing something that shows how she really loves to live her real life.

“I think people know that: when there’s truth or when there’s a fairy tale. I think they prefer the truth,” Jolie said.

It was in 2003 when Jolie purchased a traditional home in the province of Northwestern Battambag to reconnect her son, Maddox, to his Cambodian heritage. The home was adjacent to a national park infiltrated with poachers who threatened the dwindling population of black bears, Asian elephants and Indochinese tigers.

In a bid to help the animals, Jolie decided to purchase the surrounding 60,000 hectares and turned the area into a wildlife reserve, which she named after her son by calling it Maddox Jolie Project. In recognition to Jolie’s conservation efforts in the country, King Norodom Sihamoni awarded the actress Cambodian citizenship on July 31, 2005.

In related news, Jolie was photographed enjoying some quality time with daughter Zahara. The two are photographed walking hand in hand while leaving an office in California. The mother and daughter duo were all smiles while running errands in Long Beach, California.

Just recently, Jolie and Brad Pitt’s kids, Knox and Vivienne, were spotted visiting a pet shop without the “Salt” star. Despite her absence, the two looked happy together and the siblings were visibly getting along well.
