Emma Stone will let go of her blufftop mansion in Malibu after purchasing a new home in Austin, Texas.

The 33-year-old Academy Award-winning actress has listed her luxurious clifftop estate with an asking price worth $4.295 million.

Stone bought the 3.2-acre California property with a stunning Midcentury Modern home overlooking the Pacific Ocean in 2018 for $3.25 million, as per The Wall Street Journal.

Listing agent Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty told the outlet that the 1,000-square-foot house features three bedrooms with ocean views.

The primary bedroom has a full bathroom all to itself. On the other hand, the two guest bedrooms share a single bathroom.

The “Easy A” star will sell the property despite undergoing major renovations. Its eat-in kitchen was recently remodeled, according to Lavey.

“It’s a classic 1958 California Midcentury hanging over the Pacific. It’s the Malibu beach house they would choose for a Nancy Meyers movie,” the agent said of the property.

The estate comes with a large brick patio overlooking the coastline. Eucalyptus and yucca trees surround the lavish ranch-style house.

The former owners before Stone were responsible for the kitchen remodeling, which included the addition of high-end stainless appliances and stone countertops. They also whitened the entire house by turning the walls and ceilings creamy white.

On her part, the “Cruella” star did some minor decor changes when she bought the place. One of the things she altered was the front door, painting it a deeper shade of blue, Dirt.com has learned.

The floorplan is spacious and airy. There is also an abundance of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the house. There are also multiple skylights.

Last year, Stone bought a home in Austin, Texas. The amount she spent to secure the 1.2-acre property was not publicly disclosed, but tax assessments showed it was last valued at $4 million. Sources said she likely spent $7 to $8 million to buy the property in today’s market, CBS Austin reported.

Meanwhile, Stone also maintains a fancy New York City apartment and a posh bungalow in the Westwood neighborhood in Los Angeles. Her mom currently occupies the single-story house.
