Jennifer Lopez's "rare and extraordinary" Bel-Air home is now up for grabs for a whopping $42.5 million.

Six months after the 53-year-old "Marry Me" star tied the knot with Ben Affleck at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Los Angeles property was listed with Carolwood Estates' Brett Lawyer. It is now considered one of the priciest homes available in the residential neighborhood, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The home, which sits on about eight acres in Bel-Air and roughly measures 14,000-square-foot, includes unique exterior features such as a private lake, sandy beach, a guest cottage, a pool, a 100-seat outdoor amphitheater and a pagoda with a fire pit, according to the listing on Carolwood's website.

Most of its elements are inspired by the French Country Style, which incorporates natural materials like stone and wood, accentuating the gray-themed furniture and other classy pieces.

The estate has nine bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and one-half bath. It also has a massive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a wet bar, steel windows and doors leading to the stone terraces.

The formal dining room is most suited for bigger families, having an open space and an 8-seater dining table. The chef's kitchen has a built-in breakfast area and a stone fireplace.

Guests may also be entertained in the family room, the game room, or the 30-seat screening room located at the lower-level lounge. The home theater also has several movie posters on display for films in which the "Dinero" singer and the "Argo" director appeared, including Affleck's film "Hollywoodland" and Lopez's "Monster-in-Law" and "El Cantante."

The home, originally designed by iconic architect Samuel Marx, is absolutely a complete package as it also has an office/study, a massage room, and guest room on the second floor, a library and sitting room, a fireplace, and dual dressing rooms that expand to the terrace on the primary suite wing.

Lopez reportedly purchased the Bel-Air property for $28 million in 2016 from the actress Sela Ward and her husband, entrepreneur Howard Sherman, WSJ reported.

When the actress and Affleck got married and blended their families, they decided to live in the former's Los Angeles estate, according to TMZ.

It is unclear where the couple and their five children— Lopez's 14-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and Affleck's children 17-year-old Violet, 14-year-old Seraphina and 10-year-old Samuel with Jennifer Garner— are moving into once the property gets sold.
