Kate Middleton and Prince William just enjoyed a vacation in their favorite getaway island, Mustique.

Prince William and Middleton flew to Mustique again with their kids because it’s Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s summer holiday. The family also celebrated Prince George’s sixth birthday in the island.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent $33,000 a week for a luxury villa in the Caribbean island. Prince William and Middleton rented a luxury villa for their two-week stay at Villa Antilles, The Sun reported.

Overall, Middleton and Prince William spent $66,000 for their summer holiday accommodation, which was a five-bedroom luxury pad. It includes a kids’ room fitted with two bunk beds, a chef, butler, housekeeper and a private garden.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis stayed in the children’s room decorated with whales on the walls and elephant laundry baskets. It is also equipped with luxury decor, stunning sea views, an 18-meter infinity pool and an al-fresco dining area. According to an insider, Prince George loved the budget bunk beds.

“The kids who have stayed there before absolutely love the bunk beds and child friendly facilities,” the source said.

“As the villa is fully staffed they can also ask for whatever they want, whenever they want.”

The chef also provided tailored menus that suited everyone’s taste and preference to keep the family happy. They could have had indoor or outdoor dining depending on where they preferred to eat. A sample menu shows prawn ceviche, grilled lobster and slow-cooked baby back ribs as some of the chef’s signature dishes.

The villa’s ad describes the place as “an exceptional new contemporary colonial style villa set in the Endeavour Hills, with a captivating outlook to Bequia and St Vincent beyond.” The property was built in 2016 and is owned by Prince William’s longtime friend Andrew Dunn.

Middleton’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton accompanied the Cambridges for their vacation. Last year, Middleton’s mom and dad were also with them when they spent their holidays in the same island, where Prince William and Middleton were even seen dancing during a wild night out.

The island is Prince William and Middletons’ favorite because it is private. Middleton’s family has also been vacationing in the same destination for years.

“It is incredibly private and incredibly discreet but not remote. They know and trust the staff who work there and they are creatures of habit. Kate used to go there, the Middletons used to go there. The family love it,” an insider said.
