Kate Middleton, Prince William Return To This Private Island For Summer Holidays

Kate Middleton and Prince William returned to their favorite private island.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are taking a break from their royal duties to have summer holidays with their kids because it’s Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s term break.

A royal insider confirmed that Prince William and Middleton took their three children to Mustique. The family will be staying there for a couple of days.

“They are going to Mustique again,” the insider said.

“It is incredibly private and incredibly discreet but not remote. They know and trust the staff who work there and they are creatures of habit. Kate used to go there, the Middletons used to go there. The family love it.”

Mustique has been seen as a trendy place to hang out for the royals. It’s close and very private. The private island has its own police force that keeps its rockstar and socialite guests away from prying eyes.

Last year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also visited Mustique. At the time, Middleton’s parents joined them.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge enjoyed their vacation and were even seen at the famous Basil’s Bar for a night out. The couple blended with the other tourists and were seen dancing. Middleton wore a headdress and a skirt as she showed off her dance moves. Prince William sported a Pinkhouse Mustique shirt to support the local brand.

Their three children were not with them that night. Sources believed that they left the kids at the care of their grandparents, Michael and Carole Middleton, so they could take a night off from their parenting duties.

Aside from enjoying a wild night out, the adventurous duchess trained for her advanced scuba diving test. Middleton had to undertake five deep dives and navigation dives to pass the test. The activity can be risky, but both Prince William and Middleton were into it.

“Scuba diving really has opened my eyes not only to many extraordinary sights but also to the responsibilities that we have as guardians of the underwater world,” Prince William said.
